Orders are taken from the vendors channels. We then send advice to the vendor of the total purchase orders received. The vendor delivers the hardware to us using our partners services and we pay the vendor  in full. On the distribution side, we offer terms to the vendor's distribution channels. They pay 30% on order and 70% on delivery in China. We manage all order processing, warehousing, distribution and fulfillment with the channel. The vendor has the benefit of a single point of contact and gets paid in full for everything that it ships. It has a platform that can be used to scale up distribution in China. The vendor channels have better terms and support for their hardware requirements..
